strikethrough(text: string, mode?: "MarkdownV2" | "HTML"): string
Wraps text with strikethrough styling.
Parameters
- text: string
  Content to format.
- mode: "MarkdownV2" | "HTML" = "HTML"
  Target parse mode ("HTML" or "MarkdownV2"). Default: "HTML".
Returns string
Formatted strikethrough string.
